The team took part in a major demonstration event today in the centre of Beijing. With the Birds Nest Stadium on one side and the Water Cube on the other, the cars and drivers put on a spectacular display for the 1000s of spectators present. As well as being on show throughout the afternoon and evening, both cars performed a number of runs on closed roads through the Olympic Park, culminating in a demonstration race to showcase the FIA GT1 World Championship. The event was a test in advance of next year, when it is hoped that the GT1 cars will return for a full-blown, night-time street race.
